DEFINITIONS
1.1 Raw Diaries: LLP incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 which curates the Scheduled Trips/ trips mentioned over this website.
1.2 Scheduled Trip: A scheduled trip refers to a journey that has been planned with specific dates, times, and activities outlined. This often includes details such as transportation arrangements, accommodation bookings, and a daily itinerary of activities or destinations. Essentially, it ensures that every aspect of the trip is organized and follows a set schedule.
1.3 Partners: Independent partners are typically individuals or businesses that collaborate with the travel company on a non-exclusive basis. These partners operate independently but work together to provide a range of services or products to enhance the travel experience. Examples include:
- Local tour guides who offer specialized tours and experiences.
- Accommodation providers like boutique hotels or vacation rentals.
- Transportation services such as car rentals or private drivers.
- Activity providers offering excursions, adventure sports, or cultural experiences.
2. TOUR PRICE SURCHARGE
In exceptional circumstances, the tour price may be subject to change based on the following factors:
- The number of participants joining the trip.
- Any unforeseen increases in fuel and public transportation costs.
- Newly imposed or increased government fees and taxes.
Raw Diaries will make every reasonable effort to notify customers of any such price increase at the earliest opportunity. Customers are required to pay the adjusted amount prior to the scheduled departure.
Tour prices are dynamic; early bookings may benefit from lower rates, while last-minute bookings may incur higher costs. The prices listed in the brochure are based on the prevailing rates at the time of publication and are subject to change prior to departure. Any price increases must be paid in full before the commencement of the trip.
3. ACCOMMODATION
3.1 Limited Amenities: While we strive to select accommodations that offer the best value within the trip budget, certain locations, particularly remote areas, may have limited amenities. These may include the absence of 24/7 electricity, hot water, or Wi-Fi.
3.2 Similar Accommodation: For larger groups, it may be necessary to book multiple hotels due to limited room availability in a single establishment. In such cases, the rooms may not be identical, though we will endeavor to ensure they are as similar as possible.
3.3 Special Requests: Any special requests, such as early check-in or specific room preferences, are subject to availability upon arrival. Any additional charges incurred as a result of these requests will be the responsibility of the customer.
3.4 Meal Plans: Meals are generally provided as set menus or buffets and do not include à la carte options. Items such as snacks, drinks, soups, and desserts may not be included. Any additional orders beyond the itinerary will be charged separately, and the customer will be responsible for their payment.
3.5 Alcohol: While we do not endorse the consumption of alcohol in high-altitude areas, should you choose to consume alcohol in hotels or rooms, you must adhere to the hotel's regulations.
3.6 Triple Sharing Rooms: In rooms designated for triple sharing, an extra mattress will be provided instead of a full extra bed.
3.7 Water and Electricity: In hilly regions, water and electricity may be limited. Some hotels may have fixed schedules for hot and cold water. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.
3.8 ID Requirement: In compliance with government regulations, all guests are required to present a valid photo ID at check-in. This is mandatory for a smooth check-in process.
3.9 Camp Accommodations: Campsites offer basic amenities, and due to their remote locations, facilities such as running hot water and electricity may not be available. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
